Stand-up paddleboard is one of the easiest water sports to get started with. You stand on a large, stable board and paddle calmly over the still water. It trains core muscles, balance and endurance — all while enjoying the view of the bay, the mountains, and maybe a fisherman or two in action.

The best times for SUP are early morning when the water is completely flat and the light is soft and golden, or late afternoon when the sun goes down. We offer guided sunset tours on SUP — a magical experience you won't soon forget. Bring your camera (waterproof) for fantastic photos.

SUP yoga

For those who want an extra challenge, we offer SUP yoga classes. The yoga instructor guides you through a calm sequence while you balance on the board in the still water. It requires concentration and presence — and offers a completely unique form of mindfulness. Best suited for those with some yoga and SUP experience.
